U of M GRADUATION WEEKEND DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations for these dates will be charged a deposit of the full amount of room plus tax for each of the nights reserved. Reservations for these dates must be cancelled and/or revised no later than 6:00PM (Eastern Time) SIXTY DAYS prior to the original date of arrival to avoid forfeiture of the entire amount of the deposit.
