This non-smoking, 2 bedroom oceanfront vacation rental condo is on the beach, only the boardwalk separates you from the sand. Ocean views from every room, except the bathroom and second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils. The private balcony is situated so you can sit and watch the sunset and enjoy the ocean. Parking is provided below the unit for 1 car. The unit is located on the 2nd floor, in the middle of the building in a 3 story complex in a quiet area of San Diego's north Mission Beach, which is ideal for a relaxing vacation. Daily maid service is not available.

2 bedroom condo, located right on the ocean, directly on the sand, in Mission Beach.

Driving directions:

From San Diego Airport.

Go North on I-5. Go west on I-8. Go one exit and turn right at Sports Arena Blvd/W. Mission Bay dr . Follow the signs to W. Mission Bay Dr. and go west. Turn right on Mission Blvd. Proceed north for about 1/2 mile. Turn left at San Jose (stop sign). Turn left at Strand ( one way only & looks like an alley). Go two blocks. Grey two story building on right. 2nd floor unit in middle. Park only in space #10. Your car will be towed if you park in any other space. If someone is in your space, you may temporarily park in another space, but always leave a note saying where you are. You may call the towing company and have the other car towed. There is no guest parking at the unit. Your guests may park on Mission Blvd or Santa Clara Pt Park. Pay attention to the parking signs. There is a 2 hour limit on Mission Blvd. during the day and some parts of Santa Clara Pt. do not allow overnight parking.

Deposit and cancellation policy:

DISCOUNTS: Discounts are available for 3 night & weekly stays. You must contact property for discount rate. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: To confirm your accommodations, an initial deposit of $500.00 is required within 5 days after reservation. This is a reservation hold deposit and will also be used as your security deposit during the rental. Without this deposit, we will be unable to hold your reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made. Rents will be refunded ONLY on cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival. All cancellations or partial cancellations are subject to a $300 cancellation fee. For your protection, a cancellation request must be in writing. Verbal cancellation requests, or requests left on voice mail will not be accepted. Your security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of check-out. CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 2:30 pm, check-out time is 10am.
