Deposit and cancellation policy:

Hotel Cancellation Policy is 24 hours prior to arrival (by 4pm PST one day prior to arrival). Penalty for late cancellation of one nights room & tax will be charged to guests credit card on file. Hotel Room Tax is 10%. No room charges for children, 12 and under, when they occupy the same room as their parents. Rollaway charges are $10. (Rollaway beds cannot be put into a two double bed room due to city fire code.) Crib charges are $10. Both are subject to availability and should be requested at time of booking. Check in time is 2:00 PM. Check out time is 12:00 PM. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card or cash deposit is required for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
