Double Palm Villas are privately owned luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath villas which are perfect for your family vacation in the Orlando Disney resort area. Our villas provide beautiful and spacious living areas to give your family all the comforts of home. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV and VCR. The master bedroom provides a queen size bed, full bath, walk-in closet and cable TV with remote control. The other two bedrooms provide two twin size beds each with dressers and spacious closets. The villas provide complete sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests including bed linens and guest towels. The fully equipped kitchen provides all full size appliances found in most kitchens - Stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils including pots and pans. Full size washer and dryers are provided in each villa for added convenience.

MAGICAL MEMORIES reception center is located approximately 1/4 mile from our Double Palm Villas. They will provide you with villa keys and directions to our villas. * * * * * * MAGICAL MEMORIES offices are located at 5075 West Irlo Bronson Highway (US Highway 192), Kissimmee, FL 34746. * * * * * * * * * * From the Florida's Turnpike, * * * * * If you are traveling south into Orlando, take the Interstate 4 exit and follow the directions from Interstate 4. * * * * * From Interstate 4, * * * * * take Lake Buena Vista, exit 27, turn left onto Route 535. Turn right onto Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Highway). Just beyond Mile Marker 11 is a 7-11 store on the right hand side of Highway 192. The Magical Memories reception center is in the building next to the 7-11 store. * * * * * If you are traveling north on the Florida Turnpike into Orlando, * * * * * take exit 242 onto US 192 West. Turn left toward Kissimmee onto US 192 (Vine Street/ Irlo Bronson Highway). Go approx. 15 miles, to Poinciana Blvd. At the corner of US 192/Irlo Bronson Highway and Poinciana Blvd is a 7-11 Convenience Store. MAGICAL MEMORIES offices are in the building next to the 7-ll store. * * * * * * * * * * From Orlando International Airport, * * * * * take the south access road 4 miles to Central Florida Greenway 417 (Toll Road to Disney / Kissimmee, cost is approx $2.00). Turn right onto 417 south/west 10 miles to Kissimmee to Exit 6, Route 535. Turn left on Route 535 and go 2 miles to Route 192. Turn right onto Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Highway) and drive ? mile. Just beyond Mile Marker 11 is a 7-11 store on the right hand side of Highway 192. The Magical Memories reception center is in the building next to the 7-11 store. * * * * * From Sanford International Airport, * * * * * follow the Airport Blvd exit west from the airport. Turn left on S. Mellonville Road. Turn right on East Lake Mary Road. Turn left to Central Florida Greenway 417 (Toll Road to Disney / Kissimmee, cost is approx $4.00). Take 417 south/west towards Kissimmee to Route 535. Turn left on Route 535. Turn right onto Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Highway). Just beyond Mile Marker 11 is Poinciana Blvd, immediately turn right at the 7-11 store. The Magical Memories reception center is in the building next to the 7-11 store.

Our confirmation email will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your reservation with specific directions and our confirmation number. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please call or email us for check-in information. Late arrivals will be provided with instructions for access to our secure Lock Box for villa keys. Cancellations requested 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
