Many of the row houses underwent renovation sarting in the 1960's and today the neighborhood is filled with a diverse mix. Our Victorian home offers two bedrooms each with a private bathroom. We require a 30% deposit at the time of booking Cancellations more than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged 30% of the full stay. There are no refunds of the pre-paid amount for cancellations or modifications made after the arrrival date.
