SERVICES-Apartments turned over clean with bedclothes, 1 set towels per guest, starter supply of soaps, plastic bags and paper goods. No daily service or additional supplies. Reasonable gas/electric use, basic cable and local calls (prepaid card for long distance). BEDDING-We assume doubles unless other advice given. ROOM CHANGES-We book on a first come first served basis and reserve the right to move guest within same property during stay.INCIDENTALS-Credit cards charged for damage (beyond normal wear & tear), exessive dirt and electric use, lost keys, local plumbing stoppage, additional overnight guests and overstays. CANCELLATION/REFUND-Notice, in writing, 35 days prior to arrival. NO EARLY CHECK IN
