Our two small buildings have restaurants at street level, office on 2nd fl. and apartments above (8 of 12 renovated since 1999). Street doors are locked at night and connect with units via bell, intercom and buzzer.

PAYMENT-In full upon booking. KEY COLLECTION- M-F 4-11 PM, Sew Chic, 32 W. 46th St., 2nd Floor. SERVICES-We turn over clean with beds dressed, 1 set towels per guest,starter soaps, bags and paper goods. Daily service and additional supplies not included. Reasonable gas/elect.use, basic cable, local calls. BEDDING-We assume doubles unless other advice given. ROOM CHANGES-We assign on first come first served basis and reserve right to move guest, within location, during stay. INCIDENTALS-Credit cards will be charged for damage (beyond normal wear & tear),excessive dirt or electric use,lost keys,local plumbing stoppages,overstays and additional overnight guests. CANCELLATION/REFUND-Notice, in writing, 35 days prior to arrival date. NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY ARRIVALS.
