Driving directions:

Directions from 24 South Follow 24S onto Aquidneck Island. Go over the Sakonnet River Bridge. In approximately 2 miles the road will turn into Rt. 114. Follow Rt. 114 for about 5 miles. You will reach '2 mile corner' which is the intersection of 138 & 114.The Bank of Newport is on the right side of the intersection. It's sign has a large time & temperature display. We are 1 mile beyond that intersection, on the left side of the road. Directions from 95 North (138 E) Take exit 3A (University of RI exit)in Rhode Island. Follow signs for Newport and URI. You will come to a major intersection with a Mobil Station on the right (about 18 miles). Take a left (Rt. 1 North). Follow that road for (about 3 miles) until you come to the Newport Bridge Exit (on the right). Follow that road (138 East) over the Jamestown Bridge and the Newport Bridge ($2.00 toll). Take the second exit off the Newport Bridge. Take a left at the stop light facing Newport Jai Alai. Continue straight through the next stoplight.At the third stop light take a left. Newport Gateway Hotel is the second building from the corner.
