Deposit and cancellation policy:

One-third deposit is required on all reservations and with the balance due on arrival. All reservations and rates are subject to confirmation and prompt receipt of deposit. Personal checks NOT accepted on arrival. Deposit holds reservations until 11:00pm on date of arrival unless other changes have been confirmed. Deposit is forfeited for those who do not remain the entire period reserved and/or for which they are registered. One week's notice is required for return deposit or cancellation or on check-outs earlier than originally requested. 10% service charge on refund or cancelled confirmed reservation.
