Take I-395 North to 95 North to the 14th Street Bridge.
Stay in left lane following signs for Route 1 North.
Continue on Route 1 North which becomes 14th Street.

Go halfway around the circle and turn right on Vermont.
Washington Plaza is located on the right hand side.
