Take West Central Florida Greeneway(417). 2. Take exit South John Young Parkway and travel 8 miles. 3. At Carroll Street John Young Parkway becomes Bermuda Avenue. 4. Travel til you reach Hwy 192 also known as (West Vine Street) and take a right. 5. About 5 traffic lights til you reach Dyer Blvd. Take a right onto Dyer. Drive till you see the Sun Trust Bank. 6. Turn left into the drive. Go to the second glass building called Sun Plaza. Our office is located at the front of the building on the right side at Suite #3477 From (Alamo) Orlando International Airport North Exit: 1. Take West Beeline Express Way (528). 2. Take exit South John Young Parkway and travel 10 miles. 3. At Carroll Street John Young Parkway becomes Bermuda Avenue. 4. Take the John Young Parkway south exit and proceed until you hit Hwy192. 4. Travel til you reach Hwy 192 also known as (West Vine Street) and take a right. 5. About 5 traffic lights til you reach Dyer Blvd. Take a right onto Dyer. Drive till you see the Sun Trust Bank. 6. Turn left into the drive. Go to the second glass building called Sun Plaza. Our office is located at the front of the building on the right side at Suite #3477 7. If office closed key and directions are in lock box ? code is 1-4-3 turn right. Turn left to reset. $200 deposit required to reserve. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancel 30 Days or more before arrival and receive deposit -minus $25 Administration Fee back. Cancel 29 days or less and the cost is the Full Amount. No Refunds for cancellations after arrival. Any reservation under 5 nights will pay an additional cleaning charge. 13% State and Tourist tax will be added to your reservation and the guest pays this and any other extras upon arrival.
