Discounted seasonal and group package rates are available. Comprising the historic complex are a castle stone chalet house, a Frank Lloyd Wright - inspired church (with pipe organ and baby grand piano), a neo-gothic parsonage, and coach house tearoom. Individual guest cancellation policy: One night's deposit is required to secure an individual guest reservation. Our guest cancellation policy requires notification three days prior to the date of arrival for a refund (minus a 15% cancellation surcharge). If the cancellation is made less than three calendar days prior to the intended date of stay, the guest will be responsible for a full payment for the reserved rooms and services. Group cancellation policy: A deposit of 25% of the gross amount is required for all group reservations. Group reservation cancellations must be submitted in writing, and received by Vitosha at least thirty days prior to the arrival date. If the cancellation occurs prior to this date, Vitosha will apply a 15% cancellation surcharge. If the cancellation occurs after that date, the deposit will be forfeited as a service charge.
