Cancellation & Shortened Stay Policies- Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival. A $10 administrative cancellation fee is applicable. If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, then the full room rate plus sales tax is due. If another party reserves the room, then the deposits will be returned, less a $25 administrative fee
