This property is located in the heart of the Village, just two blocks south of Washington Square Park. It is a small but charming brownstone walk-up building. These are our smallest units available. Newly renovated this year. Private bathrooms, new kitchenette, TV, and free local calls. Twin size beds only !!! Good for single occupancy. If neighborhoods mean anything to you, then look no further. No doorman in this budget building, between 3:00 and 6:00 pm, keys will be located in the office at 168 Thompson St, 2 blocks away from the Property. For after hours access,please contact number we have in the Confirmation box; and the keys will be brought to you within minutes. If you would like to come to our office on site which is 2 minute walk from Minetta, on 160 Bleecker St, Suite 1HE.(open every day until 6:00pm, we will be happy to see you...

Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of reservation date may be charged a minimum of one-half of the reservation value. PLEASE NOTE: There is no doorman, so you will need to obtain a key from Signture Properties to gain entrance.
