PAYMENT - WE REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT UPON BOOKING KEY COLLECTION- M-F 4-11 PM, Sew Chic, 32 W. 46th St., 2nd Floor. SERVICES-We turn over clean with beds dressed, 1 set towels per guest,starter soaps, bags and paper goods. Daily service and additional supplies not included. Reasonable gas/elect.use, basic cable, local calls. BEDDING-We assume doubles unless other advice given. ROOM CHANGES-We assign on first come first served basis and reserve right to move guest, within location, during stay. INCIDENTALS-Credit cards will be charged for damage (beyond normal wear & tear),excessive dirt or electric use,lost keys,local plumbing stoppages,overstays and additional overnight guests. CANCELLATION/REFUND-Notice, in writing, 35 days prior to arrival date. NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY ARRIVALS.
