The Patrician Bed & Breakfast Inn located near downtown Houston and in the museum district, is a large three story mansion built in 1919. This Colonial Revival style home was originally owned by a prominent Houston attorney. The new owner, Pat Thomas, has lovingly restored this home to it's former grandeur. Enjoy your breakfast in the large dining room or in the sunny solarium.

The Patrician is centrally located between downtown Houston and The Texas Medical Center. Walk to Hermann Park, Houston Zoological Gardens, Clayton Genealogical Research Library, Rice University and The Houston Museum of Fine Arts.

Take Fannin exit, just past downtown Houston. Turn left at second light (Southmore). Inn is on corner of Southmore and San Jacinto Street. Cross San Jacinto and turn right into driveway.
